The Kapro 995 Vulcan™ offers 1 magnified horizontal vial for ease of reading, 1 vertical vial, and 1 Plumb Site® Dual-View™ vial. The Kapro 995 is fully reversible for quick floor to ceiling usage with the same phenomenal accuracy.
It has 2 finely milled surfaces on levels up to 48" for the most precise read possible. Levels over 48" are coated with anti-chipping paint. A v-groove base for pipe work, and a wall-grip feature for easy one handed use. This fantastic level comes in the widest array of lengths for any job, from 24" to a staggering 96".
All of it's impressive features are housed in a heavy duty reinforced profile with shock absorbing rubber ends caps designed to take falls and hard work.

What is a magnified vial?
Magnified vials are 33% larger than traditional vials for enhanced visibility. They also solve the parallax issue due to their rounded shape.
Is this accurate enough for me?
The 995 reaches a professional accuracy of <0.0005"/". It is suited for construction, framing, carpentry, and home improvement.
Does it have a handle?
Yes, the 995-96M has a handle.
Is it milled?
No, the 995-96M is not milled. It is coated. Select Kapro models are milled up to 48". All Kapro levels over 48" are coated.
How do I care for my level?
Store your level vertically by the hang hole. Invest in a carry case like the Kapro Bag3L1T or Kapro Case-48. Avoid dropping or placing heavy objects on top of it. Do NOT submerge in water to clean. Instead, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
