Step 1Place the read surface against a wall to test if your level qualifies for warranty. Take a photo.

Frame Check Test 

*Frame damage voids warranty

Step 2Watch the video. Make sure to take photos of each vial before and after every time you flip the level.

Step 3Send photos, contact information, and receipt/origin of purchase to KTI@Kapro.Com

Step 4Wait 3-5 Business days for Kapro to assess your vial. If further information is needed, we will contact you.

Step 5Kapro will contact you via email to let you know the final outcome of your warranty claim.
