Step 1 Place the read surface against a wall to test if your level qualifies for warranty. Take a photo.

Frame Check Test

*Frame damage voids warranty

Step 2 Watch the video. Make sure to take photos of each vial before and after every time you flip the level.

Step 3 Send photos, contact information, and receipt/origin of purchase to KTI@Kapro.Com

Step 4 Wait 3-5 Business days for Kapro to assess your vial. If further information is needed, we will contact you.

Step 5 Kapro will contact you via email to let you know the final outcome of your warranty claim.
