Shipping Policy
Locations within United States
All orders over $20 are currently shipped FREE for standard ground service via our preferred carrier.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order, unless notified.
PLEASE allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery after our notification that your order was shipped.
Express Shipping
Express shipping will ship between 1-2 business days depending on time of purchase.
Please allow for 1-2 additional business days for delivery.
*Weekends are not business days. If an order is placed after 2pm, it will not begin processing until the next business day.
Locations in Canada
All orders will be charged a $30.00 flat shipping fee for standard ground service via our preferred carrier.
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order, unless notified.
PLEASE allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery after our notification that your order was shipped.
*Import taxes and fees are at buyer's expense.
Locations Outside of the US or Canada
We do not ship outside of the US and Canada at Shop Kapro.
If you make a purchase with a shipping address outside of the US or Canada, we will cancel the order and refund your money.
If you are wanting to purchase Kapro in your country, please contact KTI@Kapro.Com and provide your name and country for recommendations on local distributors in your area.
Return & Exchange Policy
Made a purchase error- no worries:
100% credit will be issued via the original form of payment if the item is returned within 30 days of invoice date and the item is received back in the condition it was originally shipped, including all components and packaging.
Cost of return shipping a product purchased in error is at your expense.
