Anodized Rafter Square
Introducing Kapro's first 12" rafter square. Like its predecessor, the Kapro 446-7, the 446-12 has a solid aluminum body, but it is also fully anodized for greater durability, accuracy, and corrosion resistance.
Long-Lasting Visibility
The marking are permanently laser etched for longevity and very easy to see. A convenient conversion table is printed on the back of the square, and also functions as a 0°-90° protractor scale.

How do I care for my square?
Avoid dropping. Do NOT use cleaning solvents. Instead, wipe clean with cloth damped with water.
How wide is the guiding ledge?
The full width is 1 1/8" wide, with 7/16" on each side.
Are the markings etched or printed?
The 446 has lasered markings. They appear like printed markings, but are more durable. They are not etched into grooves, however.
