The heavy duty Kapro 170 Samson Contractor I-Beam Level features precise and accurate vials to help you level and measure with ease. This I-Beam level has brightly colored cylindrical vials; one horizontal and one Plumb Site Dual-View.
The Plumb Site is designed to provide the traditional side view of the plumb vial as well as the unique ability to view plumb from the front.

Do the end caps come off?
No, the end caps are non-removable.
How do I care for my level?
Store your level vertically by the hang hole. Invest in a carry case like the Kapro Bag3L1T or Kapro Case-48. Avoid dropping or placing heavy objects on top of it. Do NOT submerge in water to clean. Instead, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Is it covered under warranty?
Yes, the cylindrical vials of registered I-beam level are
covered for 1 year from date of purchase.
Any damage by user due to improper use or accident is NOT
covered under warranty.
Is this accurate enough for me?
The 170's cylindrical vials are suited for semi-pro to home improvement use. If you require professional accuracy, we recommend the Kapro 985.
Do you have a 72" milled version?
No, all Kapro levels over 48" are coated.
